Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
We ship within the EU — currently the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Spain. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days, depending on your country and carrier. You'll receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is €9.95. Orders of €59.95 or more ship free.

How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Updates can take a few days to appear after dispatch — that's normal with international carriers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@lorezbeauty.com with your order number. We'll help if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Unopened products can be returned; for hygiene reasons opened oral care products can't. Our whitening strips are also covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, even if opened. Email support@lorezbeauty.com with your order number to start.
Who pays return shipping?
Usually you do — unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, in which case it's on us.

Will the whitening strips work if I have sensitive teeth?
Our PAP+ strips are peroxide-free, which is what usually causes the sting people associate with whitening. They're designed to be gentle and comfortable for regular use. If you have very sensitive teeth, gum issues, or dental appliances, we recommend checking with your dentist before starting any whitening routine.
How often should I use them?
Most people use the strips a few times a week and keep the routine going until they're happy with how their smile looks. Results build gradually and vary from person to person.
Are your products safe to use?
Yes, when used as directed. Follow the instructions included with each product. If you have sensitive teeth, gum issues, or any concerns, consult your dentist before use. Our kids' products are designed for children, with adult supervision recommended where stated.
