By shopping at Lorez Beauty, you agree to these terms. If anything here doesn't work for you, please don't place an order.
Who we are
Lorez Beauty sells oral care products — with a focus on at-home teeth whitening, like our PAP+ Charcoal Whitening Strips. Everything on the product pages is there to help you choose; our products are cosmetics, not medicine.
Ordering
When you checkout, you get an order confirmation by email. That confirmation means we've accepted your order. We can cancel an order if something went wrong on our side (payment issue, stock problem) — in that case you get a full refund.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency. Payment goes through secure providers — we don't store your full card details.
Promotions
Sometimes we run offers or discount codes. The rules for each promotion are shown at checkout or in the campaign itself. We can change or end promotions when we need to.
Products & results
Results vary from person to person. Our products are cosmetic oral-care products — follow the instructions on the label. If you have crowns, veneers, braces or sensitive teeth, check with your dentist before whitening. Stop using a product and talk to a professional if you experience irritation.
We don't make medical claims. Our guides and customer stories are general information, not medical advice.
